As a Recruitment Trainee, you’ll work directly with experienced recruiters to learn the A-to-Z of hiring—from job document preparation to onboarding. If you’re curious, people-oriented, and proactive, this one’s for you. Key Responsibilities· Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening (includes resume review & phone screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer closure.· Understand and interpret client requirements across various roles and domains.· Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal database, and creative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.· Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops between candidates and clients.· Contribute to ongoing RPO projects, hiring events, and strategic client assignments.· Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.· Represent Recruiting Genie’s values in every interaction—competence, commitment, and trust. Key Skills & Qualifications· Commerce/ business graduates only.· Fluent in English language - written & verbal both· Fast learner with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets know-how· Self-driven, professional, and eager to grow in recruitment· Open to occasional travel for work-related events & business meetings.
