Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Kochi. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and recruiting the right talent. The Recruitment Officer will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best candidates are selected and onboarded effectively.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills
Experience in Job Description Development
Proficiency in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
