Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment
• Client management experience is mandatory; must be able to handle client communication, JD discussions, client coordination, and feedback management
• Strong team leadership and vendor management skills
• Proven closures in IT & non-IT hiring
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle
• Good communication and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions across multiple clients
• Maintain effective client communication regarding job requirements, updates, and feedback management
• Lead and guide the internal recruitment team, ensuring productivity and closure targets are met
• Coordinate and manage vendor partners for sourcing where required
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using portals, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing strategies
• Ensure timely and quality delivery on client mandates with adherence to SLAs
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and closure performance
• Participate in client calls for JD discussions and understand the hiring needs effectively
• Ensure effective documentation and database management
• Drive continuous process improvement within the recruitment cycle
