Recruitment Manager (Engineering)

Location : Hybrid (Delhi - NCR OR Bangalore)

Role : Recruiting Manager - Engineering (US Staffing)

Shift timings : 6PM IST to 4 AM IST (EST hours)

Must have experience Managing Engineering clients (Energy, Manufacturing)

Recruiting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on engineering roles across the US.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the

  Energy and Manufacturing

  industries.
• Understand client requirements, workforce planning, and project timelines to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of staffing solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience

  in US staffing, with at least

  2 years in a leadership or managerial role

  .
• Proven experience managing engineering clients, especially in

  Energy and Manufacturing

  domains.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process, and Industrial Engineers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing recruitment team.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS environments.
• Knowledge of immigration and compliance requirements in US staffing.
