Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain candidate databases and job boards
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
