Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team in India. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop their skills in human resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
• Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
