Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Bench Sales Executive to handle the full placement process for trained students and bench consultants. This role includes student coordination , scheduling interviews , and marketing consultant profiles to clients and vendors. The goal is to match the right candidates to the right job opportunities and ensure smooth placement and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Engagement & Resume Marketing * Interact with students and bench consultants to understand skills, domain interests, and career goals. * Assist in resume building, formatting, and highlighting key technical strengths. * Match candidates with relevant job opportunities based on technology stack, role, and location. Opportunity Sourcing & Vendor Coordination * Identify and source job requirements through clients, vendors, implementation partners, and job portals. * Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendor networks to drive consistent placement pipelines. * Submit candidate profiles to suitable roles and maintain up-to-date submission trackers. Rate Negotiation & Onboarding * Discuss and finalize rate cards and contract terms (C2C/C2H). * Coordinate documentation, compliance, and onboarding procedures with both clients and candidates. * Ensure a smooth post-selection process leading to timely joining. Reporting & Documentation * Maintain detailed records of student/consultant placement status and submissions. * Generate daily/weekly placement activity reports for internal tracking and management review. Desired Skills & Profile * 0 to 2 years of experience in student placement, HR coordination, IT recruitment, or bench sales. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Confident in multitasking, coordination, and relationship-building. * Basic understanding of IT roles and staffing models (C2C, C2H, contract hiring). * Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email handling.
