Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an agency setting and third-party recruiting for full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an agency setting and third-party recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the Sales Designations and related job functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS and related tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in creating Boolean search strings
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Naukri.com, and related Job Boards.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
