Recruitment Consultant

• UK Shift/Day Shift
• Location: Noida, Sector – 62
• Shift timings: 12: 30 PM – 09: 30 PM
• Benefit: Base Salary+ lucrative incentives + fixed weekend offs

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
• Format resumes meeting client expectations
• Research new technologies
• Create detailed job descriptions
• Follow up with candidates
• Source potential candidates on platforms, like UK-Europe Monster, Indeed, JobServe and LinkedIn
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments
  and behavioral questions)
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
