• End-to-end recruitment process management - from job posting to offer closure.
• Special focus on

  Trainer Hiring

  (preferred experience in hiring trainers, faculty, or coaching staff).
• Maintain candidate database and follow up on recruitment pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and understand job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely hiring as per the defined timelines.

• Familiarity with

  Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed

  and other job portals.
• Knowledge of

  Boolean Search

  and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of various recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Prior experience in

  Trainer Hiring

  or related domains.
