We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. Job Posting & Employer Branding: Create compelling job descriptions and promote job openings across multiple platforms. Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
