Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function across our Healthcare and Education verticals. This role is pivotal in driving brand strategy, digital transformation, customer engagement, and business growth across both sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand development, patient/student journey mapping, and consumer behaviorparticularly within the healthcare, hospital, and education industries. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for both healthcare and education business units. • Act as the strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on brand positioning, marketing performance, and growth initiatives. • Lead marketing planning, forecasting, and budget management across verticals. Brand Marketing • Build and grow strong, differentiated brands in the healthcare and education space. • Oversee brand architecture, identity, and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. Digital Marketing & Transformation • Drive digital-first initiatives: performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation. • Lead the adoption of new marketing technologies (MarTech) to improve reach, personalization, and ROI. • Utilize analytics and insights to optimize digital performance across channels. Sector-Focused Expertise • Design marketing strategies aligned to patient acquisition, physician engagement, and healthcare service awareness. • Develop enrolment-driven marketing campaigns, partnerships, and outreach programs for education institutions. • Understand regulatory frameworks and ethical marketing practices within both sectors. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with domain expertise across functions. • Collaborate with business unit heads, operations, and product development for alignment and delivery. • Manage agency relationships and ensure brand consistency and compliance across touchpoints. Key Requirements: • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong mix of digital and brand marketing. • Proven track record in healthcare/hospitals and education industry. • Experience with digital tools, CRM platforms, analytics, and content management systems. • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • MBA in Marketing or related discipline preferred.
