1 Face to Face Round will be there. I am looking to hire 1 HR candidate with immediate effect. Few areas which are critical and must be managed effectively. 3-5 years of minimum experience- with professional MBA in Human resources Preferably from BPO/KPO background, Business consulting / Market research , healthcare market research Pleasant personality, through communication in English with a hint of forward leadership, should follow and implement formal dress code. Flexible shift timings- Should be active to address work responsibility. Managing Company Payroll, PF, insurance, incentives, KRA and reimbursements with full compliance and ethics. Should be able to effectively manage people, Time management, reporting, attendance, due diligence across departments to keep check on work ethics, professional environment. Timely processing offer letters, salary slips and relevant employee related documents on rolling basis. Hand on experience in hiring effective resources with background checks and cost management. Should be proactive in connecting with college/ universities tie ups to hire best fresher batches- meet and actively engage company for best hirable resources. Hiring competitive resources from companies with similar expertise. From mid to senior level categories as and when required. Should be interested and inclined to add on value in terms of hiring top c level executives and know how on hiring policies around from multiple countries especially- US, EU, SG etc. Implement Training, induction, policies, and company culture with best practices. Control attrition ,addressing employee concerns , effectively managing exit employee and situations. Show more Show less
