Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing debt portfolios, coordinating with legal counsel for escalated cases, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure debt resolution.

Experience in Debt Collection
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in using debt resolution software and technologies is a plus
