Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Welcoming: Act as the friendly face of the organization, greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Phone Handling: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member or department. Administrative Support: Managing records, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Customer Service: Providing information about the organization, addressing inquiries, and resolving minor complaints. Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area and office are neat and tidy, maintaining office supplies, and operating office equipment. Additional Responsibilities (depending on the organization): Data Entry: Performing light data entry tasks. Employee Attendance Monitoring: Monitoring employee attendance. Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments. Record Keeping: Maintaining records and documentation. Office Supplies Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies. Assist with other administrative tasks . Skills Required: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with visitors and customers.
