Real estate Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Ø Designing and implementing sales strategies for targeted revenue.Ø Follow up the sales proposals and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.Ø New lead generation for creating a pipeline of prospective customers.Ø Enhance Product knowledge for better deliverableØ Handling Channel sales and corporate tie - up to generate maximum business for residential and commercial projects.Ø Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization.Ø Report on sales activities to top management.Ø Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targetsØ Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.Ø Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.Ø Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.Ø Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Ø Well-spoken communication skills are a must.Ø The candidates applying for any location mentioned must have experience in working in that area and should have a strong network in that location.Ø Highly organized, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks with strong attention to detail.Ø Effective team player, who effectively works in direction.Ø Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
