Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Property Manager to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Generating Rental property leads, conductingproperty visits, engaging with potential tenants, and effectively promoting our rental propertiesto achieve occupancy goals.This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong customerservice orientation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Visits:
○ Conduct regular visits to available properties to ensure they are well-maintained
and presentable.○ Evaluate property conditions and report any maintenance or improvement needs tomanagement.
  • Tenant Engagement:
○ Meet with prospective tenants to showcase properties, highlighting features and
benefits.○ Build rapport with potential tenants to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Booking:
○ Convince potential tenants to finalize rental agreements and facilitate bookings.
○ Negotiate lease terms and conditions in alignment with company policies.
  • Market Analysis:
○ Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor offerings to
effectively position our properties.○ Provide feedback on pricing and marketing strategies based on property visitsand tenant interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks:
○ Maintain accurate records of property visits, tenant inquiries, and bookings.
○ Assist in preparing rental agreements and necessary documentation for newTenants.
  • Customer Service:
○ Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.○ Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage long-term occupancy andReferrals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field..
  • Previous experience in Real Estate sales is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable Vehicle for property visits.
