Maintain regular communication and coordination with existing buyers to ensure smooth relationships and resolve any queries.
Liaise with the accounts department and accounts officers for billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records using Excel and other tracking tools.
Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for project-related requirements and timelines.
Follow up diligently with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress and address on-site concerns.
Collaborate with architects and PMC (Project Management Consultants) to ensure alignment on design, execution, and project milestones.
Coordinate with internal management and key stakeholders to provide project updates and support decision-making.
