Client Service Coordinator

The role involves being the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments such as design, production, and installation. You will need to understand client requirements thoroughly and effectively communicate them to the internal team. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction is a key aspect of this position. You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end execution of signage and branding projects across retail stores. Monitoring project timelines, budgets, approvals, production status, and site installation schedules will be part of your regular tasks. Providing regular updates to clients on project progress and milestones, preparing reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews, and managing documentation including work orders, client approvals, and delivery notes are essential responsibilities in this role. Handling client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly is crucial. You will also be required to resolve on-ground challenges during site installations by coordinating with site teams effectively. Supporting sales and business development activities by participating in client meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand evolving needs. Assisting the sales team by providing client servicing insights, helping in repeat business, and upselling will also be part of your duties.
