Plan and execute internal and external audits , prepare QMS documentation, and conduct quality training for team members. Coordinate closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure first-time-right delivery . Review and analyze quality reports, NCRs, customer feedback, and take corrective and preventive actions. Maintain calibration records, inspection logs, and develop inspection test plans (ITPs). Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ quality engineers and inspectors to deliver consistent excellence.
