Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Head located in Bahadurgarh. The Quality Control Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, quality assurance, and quality management. This includes implementing and maintaining quality control processes, supervising laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. The role requires close collaboration with different departments to ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
• Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Laboratory Skills and experience in conducting and supervising tests
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Leadership experience and ability to work in a collaborative environment
