Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchase Manager to lead our procurement team in acquiring goods, materials, and services at the best possible price, quality, and terms. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing goods and services, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Process:
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures2. Sourcing:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions3. Contract Management:
- Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations4. Supplier Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers- Monitor supplier performance and address issues5. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels- Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting6. Cost Control:
- Analyze and optimize procurement costs- Identify opportunities for cost savings7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
