Job Description

key Responsibility

  • Assist in preparing, issuing, and tracking purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Help prepare and process quotations—requesting quotes, comparing offers, and coordinating approvals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with teams to trigger replenishments.
  • Maintain procurement records, generate basic reports for management, and assist in managing vendor relations, including follow-ups on credit terms and invoices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
