Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and market expansion. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events. Collaborate with product, production, and design teams to align marketing initiatives. Analyze competitor performance and implement strategies for competitive advantage. Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics, and adjust tactics accordingly. Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [your industry, e.g., machinery/manufacturing]. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office. Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer behavior. Result-oriented mindset with strategic planning capabilities. Willingness to travel as required.
