Public Relations and Social Media INTERN

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends and possess strong communication skills, with a desire to learn and contribute to our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support advertising campaigns and public relations efforts.
• Help maintain the company’s online presence by scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Assist with SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media marketing best practices.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Knowledge of video editing software is advantageous.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with audiences online.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
