Profile Brief We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager with 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in managing government accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with government clients and understanding their unique requirements.

Job description

  • Act as a primary liaison between the company and key government departments, ministries, and PSUs • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions • Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and projects in the govt/public sector domain • Ensure timely submission of proposals, compliance documents, & coordination for RFPs/RFQs • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing key government accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth • Act as the main point of contact between the company and government clients • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and market insights to senior management • Facilitate communication between government clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in key account management, government liaison, or public sector business development • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills • Willingness to travel for client meetings and government interactions • Familiarity with Government Portals like e-Marketplace (GeM) and e-procurement portals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
