PRT MATHS

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality education to primary school students (generally Classes I to V), fostering a strong foundation in numeracy and analytical thinking in alignment with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Math lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for primary classes.
• Design age-appropriate teaching aids, activities, and assessments to support conceptual understanding.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs (visual, auditory, kinesthetic learners).
• Maintain an inclusive, child-friendly, and safe classroom environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
• Assess students regularly through formative and summative assessments and maintain proper records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of concern.
• Participate in curriculum planning, school events, professional development, and staff meetings.
• Integrate technology and innovative methods into teaching-learning processes.
• Provide remedial support to students needing extra help in Mathematics.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to improve teaching strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in Mathematics or a related field (B.Sc./B.A. in Mathematics).
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory as per CBSE norms.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the primary level in a CBSE school preferred.
• Strong command over English and Mathematics.
• Proficient in using digital tools like smart boards, educational apps, and online teaching platforms.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
