Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (PRT) to teach Hindi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and possess excellent communication skills. The teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering instruction, and assessing student progress in Hindi language proficiency. *Key Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school’s curriculum. - Teach Hindi language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning. - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. - Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents during conferences and through regular communication. - Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree & Masters degree in related stream is must . - B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is must. - Prior teaching experience, especially in primary education, is advantageous. - Proficiency in Hindi and a strong command of grammar and language structure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must have teaching experience at least 1 year. - Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children. *Desired Skills:* - Ability to develop and implement creative teaching strategies. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
