As a Projects Head - Interiors at FMDL Architects, you will play a crucial role in overseeing interior design projects from conception to completion. Located in Noida, this full-time on-site position requires you to collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure that projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and present design proposals, lead project meetings, and efficiently resolve any on-site issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in interior design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Strong project management skills, resource allocation abilities, and budget management expertise are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a must, along with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in preparing and presenting design proposals, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture, coupled with relevant operations experience, are required. Previous experience in the architecture or interior design industry would be considered a plus. Your primary objective will be to develop a system that ensures the smooth running of projects from post-sales to handover.
