In-depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP on Project Scheduling & Tracking and Delay Analysis. Preparing Budget & Cash Flow Statements and tracking the Achievement status weekly basis. Preparing Presentations for Management Review Meetings and Performance Review Meetings. Coordination of Key Projects for Procurement & Resource Planning for timely completion of projects. Ensure timely procurement of major long lead items and fast-moving items through effective planning. Responsible for preparing Monthly Material Requirement Schedules for the project periodically. Preparation of MIS reports including DPR, WPR, MPR for Site office & Head Office Management. Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner. Preparation of Schedules for each activity.
