Organization Description Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust is a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to holistic rural development in India. Its primary areas of intervention include Eye Care, General Health Services, Women Empowerment, Sustainable Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Dairy and Cattle Welfare, and Rural Youth Employment through Education. The Trust operates one of the largest community eye care networks in the country, offering state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical services to underserved populations in rural and remote regions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position based in Chitrakoot. The Project Manager will primarily oversee initiatives related to the expansion and optimization of comprehensive eye care services. Key responsibilities include project planning and execution, interdepartmental coordination, expediting, logistics management, inspection supervision, and operational monitoring to ensure timely and effective project implementation within the eye care division. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, with demonstrated ability in planning, execution, and coordination Strong expediting and inspection skills, particularly in healthcare or infrastructure-related projects Expertise in logistics management and resource optimization Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume setting Prior experience in the healthcare or NGO sector, especially in eye care, is highly desirable Master’s degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline Show more Show less
