Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities, including civil, MEP, and other related works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
• Planning everything from execution to delivery
• Ensure project delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
• Handle

  project documentation, client correspondence, and contractor coordination

• Prepare and manage

  billing, quantity estimation, BOQs

  , and work certifications
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per quality standards
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

• Managing the deployment deliverables.

• Monitoring progress and track roadblocks

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• 8-10 years of experience in site execution, documentation, and billing
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, construction techniques, and project lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project billing software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
