Role & responsibilities Coordinate permit applications with city and county jurisdictions Track permit statuses and follow up on pending approvals Submit interconnection applications to utilities and monitor for updates Communicate with internal teams (design, installation, sales) to gather required documents Update project trackers and CRM systems with accurate status Handle escalations or corrections for rejected applications Ensure timely completion of each milestone to keep projects on schedule Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audits Report weekly progress and bottlenecks to the operations team Proactively learn permitting and interconnection standards per region Preferred candidate profile 12 years of general project management or coordination experience (any industry) Strong organizational and time management skills Able to manage multiple projects with changing priorities Effective communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable working with deadlines and follow-up tasks Basic understanding of documents and approvals (e.g., applications, forms) Tech-savvy: comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and project tracking tools
