Role & responsibilities Review and organize solar project documentation for permit submission. Track permitting statuses across various U.S. cities/counties. Upload and maintain permit data in CRM or internal tools. Follow SOPs for different jurisdictions (AHJs) for permit prep and submission. Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing documents (site plans, load calcs, etc.). Update trackers, naming conventions, and status logs for permits. Submit permits through online portals or email (as per AHJ). Notify U.S. permit coordinators or project managers once a permit is submitted or approved. Assist in creating cover letters, permit applications, and simple PDFs when needed. Preferred candidate profile 02 years of experience in admin, project coordination, or documentation processing. Bachelor’s degree in any field (engineering or architecture preferred but not required). Good written English and ability to read technical documents. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and email platforms. Fast learner with a process-driven mindset. Bonus: Experience working with U.S. permitting, solar documents, or CAD layouts (even at a basic level).
