Project Manager - Highrise Building

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of

  G+12 or taller residential/commercial high-rise buildings

• Review project drawings, BOQ, and specifications to plan site activities
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and in-house teams for timely execution
  
• Prepare project timelines using

  MS Project / Primavera

  and monitor progress
• Implement strict quality control measures and work safety protocols
  
• Manage site resources labor, materials, and subcontractors
  
• Track daily progress, material consumption, and manpower deployment
  
• Prepare and present weekly MIS reports to senior management
  
• Handle project documentation including site diaries, client reports, and approvals
  
• Resolve on-site technical issues and enforce engineering best practices
  
• Supervise

  MIVAN/Aluform/Jumpform

  shuttering systems if applicable

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  
• 10–18 years of work experience in

  high-rise construction projects

• Strong knowledge of

  formwork systems

  ,

  RCC structures

  , finishing activities
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, or Primavera

• Experience in handling multiple towers/phases simultaneously
  
• Familiarity with

  RERA, NBC, IS Codes, and local development regulations

• Excellent communication, leadership, and contractor coordination skills
  
• Willing to work at site and manage teams under tight schedules
  
• Preferred experience with

  reputed real estate developers or EPC companies
