Risk and Claims Management: Identify and assess contractual and commercial risks. Prepare and manage claims for extensions of time, loss and expense, or variations. Defend against unjustified claims from subcontractors. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain contract administration logs (variations, claims, correspondence). Prepare regular reports on contract status, cost impacts, and risk exposure. Ensure that all contractual correspondence is logged and addressed in a timely manner Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Experience: • 10+ years of experience in contract administration in the construction industry.• At least 5+ years working on high-rise building projects.• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract.
