Construction Manager

Job Title:

Construction Supervisor / Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Interpret and execute

  AutoCAD drawings

  , layouts, and working plans on-site
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage and monitor

  vendors, subcontractors, and labor teams

  to ensure smooth progress
• Conduct

  site inspections, quality checks

  , and material verification
• Track and report daily progress, delays, and site issues to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local construction norms
• Support in

  land measurement, leveling

  , and coordination during land acquisition
• Maintain construction logs, reports, and material usage records
• Handle issue resolution on-site with an eye for minimizing project delays
  

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent command of

  AutoCAD and MS Office

• Strong knowledge of

  residential and commercial building execution

• Experience in

  land development, leveling, and acquisition coordination

• Proficiency in

  vendor management

  , BOQs, and billing
• Good understanding of

  quality control procedures

  and safety norms
• Ability to read structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
• Strong organizational and team management skills
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant site execution experience in real estate
• Preference for candidates with experience in NCR-based projects
