(https://www.instagram.com/zealmaxorthoimplants/) Website- https://orthoimplantsindia.com/ THE POSITION WILL BE FOCUSING ON * UltraCarePRO * BRAND OF THE COMPANY Key Responsibility Area:Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring task allocation, tracking, and timely execution.Strategize and implement performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, Google etc.Ensure smooth coordination between design, content, performance, and analytics teams.Act as a go-getter—take initiative, troubleshoot issues, and keep campaigns moving without delays.Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams for alignment on marketing objectives.Mentor and develop team members, building a culture of accountability and ownership.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce. Skills That Define Success:Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Over 5 years of experience in Digital marketing or a similar capacity.Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.Strong command of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign planning.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with a “get-things-done” mindset.
