Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10-15 years of expertise in managing industrial construction projects to oversee site-based operations, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands, including manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal productivity and resource utilization.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and project specifications.
• Quality Control: Implementing quality control processes to ensure work meets established standards and specifications.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures where feasible, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
• Change Management: Managing any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and office team and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or changes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Technical Proficiency: Technical knowledge with respect to civil and PEB works in industrial project, proficient enough to make decisions on site as per the required technical inputs.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in construction project management within the industrial sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A master's degree is advantageous.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management are preferred.

• Experience working on site
