Our commitment ensures the successful execution of high-quality private sector developments. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (Construction) located in Noida. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing project resources, liaising with clients and stakeholders, conducting inspections, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential/commercial projects , ensuring quality, cost, and timelines. Coordinate and monitor all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services and their integration with civil works. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs , and raise technical queries when required. Interface with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Prepare and update project schedules , allocate resources, and track progress using project management tools. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality standards , and statutory compliance across all stages. Lead weekly review meetings , site coordination meetings, and prepare detailed progress reports. Manage vendor evaluation, billing, and contract administration . Control budget and optimize resource utilization. Identify and mitigate risks and ensure contingency planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (mandatory). PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory). Additional certifications in project management or MEP coordination are a plus. Show more Show less
