Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience in the interior design industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing interior projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage multiple residential and commercial interior design projects. Oversee site execution and ensure work is progressing as per design and project timeline. Act as the main point of contact between clients, designers, vendors, and site teams. Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Manage procurement of materials, deliveries, and vendor coordination. Resolve on-site issues, manage labour, and maintain smooth site operations. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards on all sites. Prepare and submit regular project reports and updates to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a project management or site execution role within the interior design field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus). Willingness to travel to various project sites. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
