Project Lead

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for web development initiatives.
• Manage a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers; assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all project deliverables, including UI/UX, functionality, and performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors (if any).
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project updates for transparency and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing website or web application development projects.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
