Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Lead based in Noida, offering a combination of office and work-from-home options. The Project Lead will oversee day-to-day management of architectural/Interior projects, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, managing resources, overseeing design development, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Coordination and Stakeholder Management
• Expertise in Architectural Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation
• Knowledge of Building Codes, Zoning Laws, and Regulatory Compliance
• Proficiency in Architectural Software and Tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM)
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certification or licensure is a plus

Background

• Experience in Project Management, including developing project plans and overseeing project execution
• Experience in workspace Design and Build coordination.
• Experience in working as Project Lead in Design or PMC firms
