Job Title: Project Manager – Civil & Land Development

Location: Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge in civil construction and land development for our Cheyyar site. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in managing infrastructure or civil projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage civil and land development projects at the Cheyyar site
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and the client
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare project reports, track budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines
• Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently
• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are followed
• Resolve on-site issues and report progress to senior management

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil projects or land development
✅ Strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, and civil construction methods✅ Good leadership and team coordination skills✅ Ability to handle multiple stakeholders✅ Good communication and reporting skills

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil & Land Development: 1 year (Preferred)
