Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced and organized Project Head to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design implementation, strong technical knowledge, and leadership abilities to manage teams, timelines, and budgets effectively. This role ensures that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all interior design projects Translate design concepts into executable work schedules and monitor progress Coordinate with clients, designers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and resource plans Ensure on-site execution aligns with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards Manage procurement schedules and oversee material deliveries Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and timely delivery Resolve site issues and communicate project updates to stakeholders Manage team performance and allocate responsibilities to site supervisors and project coordinators Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and contractual terms Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field 7–12 years of project management experience in the interior or construction industry Strong technical knowledge of materials, execution standards, and site coordination Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools) Ability to handle pressure and make decisions in fast-paced environments Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to lead landmark design projects Performance bonuses and leadership growth opportunities Collaborative and creative work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
