Role: The Incumbent must be BE in Mechanical Engineering with 12 years+ of experience in Automobile,Turbine,Heavy Pumps,Gear box, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, managing project teams, stakeholders, and resources, with 12 + years experience Key responsibilities and duties of a Project Head include:

• Project Planning & Execution:Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Management:Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and support, and managing their performance.
• Resource Management:Allocating and managing resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively to meet project requirements.
• Risk Management:Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication:Communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other relevant parties.
• Quality Assurance:Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Cost Control:Monitoring and managing project costs to ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
• Problem-Solving:Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the project and finding effective solutions.
• Process Improvement:Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: ₹60,975.48 - ₹70,895.81 per month
