Manage communications, resolve concerns, and conduct post-project reviews. Reporting & Documentation Maintain all project documentation including SoWs, BRDs, and status reports. Track KPIs, financial metrics, and deliver insights through regular reports. Quality & Continuous Improvement Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through proper QA processes. Collaborate with support teams for post-implementation maintenance. Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency. Core Competencies: Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). In-depth knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling experience. Proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and data analysis. Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in CRM-based projects .
