o Establish and maintain relationships with practice leaders to identify and source suitable candidates o Coordinate with TA connect to source external profiles and facilitate internal screening processes o Submit qualified profiles to clients and follow up on feedback o Provide timely status updates and communication to all stakeholders o Conduct daily discussions with clients to address status, concerns, and follow-ups o Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution o Initiate and follow up on internal background verification requests o Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members o Collaborate with Business Finance on GM simulation to ensure accurate financial projections and planning o PM operational activities (staffing, timesheet, leave tracking, invoice submission) Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients internal stakeholders
