The Project Manager is responsible to manage Light Platform projects through the full lifecycle. Inception to phase out, while maintaining schedule, cost, quality and scope. Co-ordinate cross functional resources needed to support the initiates while using a stage gate process, CNH’s Global Product Development process. Will manage work on current products for both quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Manage the Light Platform business within the platform to maximize the benefits of CNH by analyzing the costs and benefits.

• Act on behalf of the Platform Manager and Platform Director

  • Coordinate meetings and work with senior team members on project deliverables
  • Single handedly able to formulate & execute Project tasks
  • Able priorities activities in a complex dynamic environment
  • Leadership in meeting program quality targets
  • Develop the Project Plan & Business Case
  • Develop Investment Plan with agreement from all the key stake holders
  • Submitting for approval and monitoring:

  o R & D Expenses

  o Vendor Tooling Expenses

  o Target Product Costs achievement

  • Adopt & demonstrate CNH Cultural principles

• 8 to 11 years of work experience on Projects in Manufacturing Industry

• Experience in project management and the ability to lead a cross-functional teams.

• Experience in engineering product development.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Cross cultural experience would be an added advantage.

• Ability to work individually or in a team

• Self-driven Individual, who can work independently

• Proven critical and independent thinking skills

• Good communication skills with positive attitude

• Be able to support multiple tasks at one time

• Excellent team facilitation skills and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work individually or in a team

B.E./ B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing.

• MBA Degree would be an added advantage.
