Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Management Engineer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive projects to success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions that meet project specifications.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and conduct regular status meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project management standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in risk management and change management processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
